Delivery Schedule
Days of Operation: We deliver from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays.
London Delivery: For central and parts of Greater London, we offer same-day, next-day, or standard delivery options from Monday to Saturday. Please note, no delivery is available on Bank Holidays.
Nationwide Delivery: Our next-day nationwide delivery option is available Tuesday to Saturday. Please note, no delivery is available on Bank Holidays or the day after the Bank Holiday.
Delivery Options
London Delivery: Order before 3 PM (UK time) for same-day flower delivery in London. Prices are specified and confirmed at checkout. Alternatively, orders can be collected from our store.
Nationwide Flower Delivery (UK only): Order before 3 PM (UK time) the previous day for next-day flower delivery across the UK. Please note, we do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays. Prices are Tuesday – Friday: £9.99 and Saturdays are £14.99
Delivery Conditions
Courier: We use DPD for all nationwide deliveries. While DPD delivery is 95% guaranteed on the selected day, there's a small chance of delay due to factors beyond our control in which they may arrive a day later than expected.
Restrictions: We regret that we are currently unable to deliver to certain areas including the Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, and the Scilly Isles.
If not in. Our delivery team will endeavour to deliver to the recipient however if no one is at home, your bouquet may be left in a safe place
Special Delivery Considerations
Deliveries to Hospitals & Universities: Please provide detailed delivery information to ensure successful delivery. In certain cases, flowers may be delivered to someone other than the recipient, such as a receptionist. Successful delivery to hospitals is challenging due to patient movement. We also advise to check that the hospital accepts flowers before placing an order. Under such circumstances, a successful delivery cannot be guaranteed and for this reason we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Additional Information: Ensure accurate delivery details are provided. We're not liable for extra delivery costs due to failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete details. Once dispatched, delivery details cannot be changed.
Delivery Tracking
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive tracking information via your email or contact number provided. Click on the provided tracking link for real-time updates on your order's status.
