For same-day delivery in London, orders must be placed by 3pm. If you're nearby or past the cutoff, contact us directly, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Some flowers and plants may not be available for nationwide delivery due to their delicate nature, size, or packaging requirements.

Special Flower Requests

If you're looking for flowers not listed on our website, we may be able to source them from our suppliers. However, please note that minimum quantities may apply, typically in 10's, 25's, or 50's, with a 48-hour notice required. Out-of-season flowers may vary in quality.

Nationwide Vase Delivery

Yes, we offer the option to send flowers in a vase nationwide.

Customising Bouquets

Packaging Details
  1. For Local London Deliveries: Bouquets are bound with bindwire, presented in cellophane with a water bubble (aqua pack), and packaged in the PM Flowers bouquet box.
  2. For Nationwide Deliveries: Bouquets are bound with Bindwire & Raffia, presented in cellophane with a water bag, and packaged in our Nationwide Delivery box.

Differences from Online Images

We always prioritise sourcing the freshest and highest quality flowers available each season. If a specific ingredient is unavailable due to seasonal constraints, we'll make appropriate substitutions of equal or higher value to maintain the bouquet's overall aesthetic and quality.

Order Cancellation

To cancel your order, contact our florists at 02077234683 or email us at contact@pmflowers.co.uk with the subject line 'Cancel Order' and your order number. You can cancel up to 24 hours before the selected delivery date (or 48 hours for Valentine’s Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas Eve deliveries).

Making Changes to Your Order

If you've made a mistake on your order, please email contact@pmflowers.co.uk as soon as possible. Use the subject line "Amend delivery details" and include your order number. While technical changes require 24 hours notice, we'll make every effort to accommodate your request before delivery.

Delivery:

Delivery Schedule

We deliver to most London addresses six days a week, from Monday to Saturday. For nationwide and some Greater London addresses, deliveries are made five days a week, from Tuesday to Saturday. Please note that same-day delivery is not available for nationwide deliveries.

Specific Delivery Times

Unfortunately, we cannot provide guaranteed time slots for delivery due to factors such as Central London traffic and weather conditions. However, for London delivery, you can request either an AM or PM delivery slot. Please note that for nationwide delivery, specific AM or PM requests are not available.

Recipient Unavailability

If there's no one available to accept the delivery, the recipient will receive a text message to rearrange delivery. In some cases, the driver may leave the flowers with a neighbour or in a secure place, with notification. If you have specific delivery instructions, please provide them when placing your order.

Undelivered Flowers

If you haven't received your flowers, please email us at contact@pmflowers.co.uk so we can investigate. Please note that we are not liable for deliveries unable to be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, government lockdowns, or road traffic accidents.

Missing Message or Note

Flowers may arrive without a message or note if the sender hasn't included one, or if there's a specific request for anonymity. We cannot disclose sender information unless approved by them.

Refunds & Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on delivering beautiful bouquets and excellent customer service. If you're unhappy with your order, please email us at contact@pmflowers.co.uk within 2 days of delivery, providing your order number and a photograph of the flowers, along with further details. Depending on the situation, we may offer an exchange or a partial/full refund. Compensation is offered at our discretion if our flowers have not met our standard. We don't accept liability for flowers that haven't lasted due to incorrect care.

Damaged During Transit

We apologise if your order has been damaged during transit. We take great care to package our flowers for safe delivery. Please send a photograph of the damage along with your delivery address to contact@pmflowers.co.uk, and we'll address the issue promptly.
